Michael Marchant

I grew up in a hardworking family where both my mother and father worked full time jobs to give my siblings and I what we needed. From an early childhood, hard work and integrity in your work is what I was taught, and this became my focus growing up.

I was in the service industry the majority of my life, from working in grocery stores through high school and later in the hospitality industry as an adult. I have always maintained a service oriented passion for people, to go above and beyond which has molded me into the person I am today. As my adult years continue, I reflect back on when I worked with my father on home projects throughout my life. This gave me hands on experience with home projects and thanks to him, I can now fix most things This birthed in me the passion for home renovation, outdoor landscaping and design which led me into my real estate career.

Being a local resident for over 30 years, I am very familiar with cities in Central Florida and feel I’d be a good resource for area restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and places of interest. I am a big foodie and thankfully have experienced some great local restaurants and establishments. In this day and age its difficult to maintain a well balanced quality of life. When I am not working, I am seen with my lovely wife enjoying a glass of wine at local restaurant, walking farmers markets, and even listening to some local music. We love the experience of travel, even within our local area, but often settle down at home with family and friends.

There is a lot to do and see in our community. I would be happy to share some of these experiences with you and to find your interests in order to pursue the search for your home.
