How it Works!

With the Heroes Incentive Programs, how much you’ll save depends on whether you’re buying or selling a home as well as the providers you use. These incentives help you save on costs associated with buying or selling, like appraisals, home inspections and real estate agent commissions.

You don’t have to exclusively use LionHeart Brokers service providers. If you want to work with a LionHeart Brokers real estate agent but choose a different home inspection company, you can — you just won’t get a rebate on that service.

Buyers Benefits:

• If you are working with LionHeart Brokers to buy a home, you will get a rebate for 10% of the gross brokerage commission.
• If you use one of our preferred lenders, home inspection, or title services of a LionHeart Broker provider, you can receive rebates that range between $65 (home inspection) and $500 (lender incentives) or more.

Sellers Benefits:

• If you are working with LionHeart Brokers to sell your home, you will get a rebate for 15% of the gross brokerage commission and can save on average $250 on title fees.
